The Chocolate Room

Are you looking for a fun place to meet with your book club? Essential Bookstore has the perfect location for you. Our Chocolate Room has a private area that seats 6 - 8 people in a picturesque setting, a Keurig coffee maker, and a never ending bowl of chocolates to satisfy any sweet tooth.

What to know before you reserve:

  • There is a $10 nominal fee for the use of The Chocolate Room area.

  • The Chocolate Room may be reserved for book club, bible study, podcasts, and interviews.

  • Spaces may not be used for any activity that is incompatible with the bookstore environment or interferes with its operations.

  • Requests for the use of the meeting room may be made in person or online

  • Advance registration requests can be submitted up to 8 weeks (2 months) in advance.

  • The Chocolate Room may be reserved for two (2) hour blocks, with an option to extend if the room is not booked.

  • Audio-Visual Equipment may be available if requested in advance.

  • No outside food or drinks are permitted in the bookstore. All refreshments must be purchased at the coffee, tea, and snack bar located in the front of the building.

  • No pets allowed.
